Organised one and half month's Intensive Production Oriented Theatre Workshop at all the remote areas of the country mentioned below. 20 to 25 trainees in all the workshops were given training of all the technical subjects related to theatre like Acting, Direction, Make-up, Crafts, Costume Design, Set Design, Lighting etc., by National School of Drama graduates. Apart from these Technical subjects lectures on Modern Theatre, Classical Theatre, Western & Indian Theatre and Regional Folk Art & Culture of the region were also given to the trainees by experts from NSD and Local Universities or Culture Departments. All the training given in these workshops finally culminated into a production prepared with the trainees and at the end of the workshops shows of these productions were put up for the public.
