Bharti Sharma, M.A.(Hindi), Delhi University, National School of Drama Graduate (1987 Batch), Founder Member of Kshitij Theatre Group, has been doing theatre in Delhi since 1982, acted in almost fifty plays, directed KARMABHUMI, PAHAUNCH WALA AADMI, GOLI... EK PAIDAYISHI GHULAM, BARFEELI AANDHI AUR PISTAUL KA NISHANA, SHAKUNTALA (in Nagpuri dialect). She was appointed as Joint Camp Director of the Intensive Theatre Workshop organized by N.S.D. at Netarhat, Bihar. Worked with N.S.D. Rep., Co., for one year in 1987-88. Worked with eminent theatre personalities like Ratan Thiyan, B.M. Shah, Satya Dev Dubey, Ranjeet Kapur, Mohan Maharishi, Berry John, Robin Das etc. Performed in the International Festivals of Tunisia, Algeria, Rom, Egypt, Syria & Kuwait organized by I.C.C.R. in 1982, with Parvatiya Kala Kendra. She has learned Kathak for three years from Bhaswati Mishra and Light Vocal from Bhartiya Kala Kendra for three years.

She had co-anchored 39 episodes of “TANA-BANA” serial (cultural magazine), with Mr. Shashi Kumar, produced by PTI(T.V.) for Doordarshan’s DD-1 Channel, telecast in 1991-92. She had written the Screen Play & Dialogues of 2 & ˝ hour’s film “KALA-HEERA” & acted the lead female character of the film, made for ZEE T.V., by Bharti Productions, the film was telecast on 27th January, 2001, at 8.00 p.m. under ZEE T.V’s Saturday Special Time Slot. She had directed & co-produced 13 episodes' Comedy Serial “GADBAD GHOTALA” producted by Bharti Productions for Doordarshan’s DD-1 Channel, telecast in 1995. Directed & Co-produced all the documentaries made by KSHITIJ for Deptt. Of Culture, Ministry of Tourism & Culture, Govt. of India. Directed short-films & educational films for Deepaliya Plan Project (a Social Organization). Acted the lead female characters in “CHAUVA” & “SILVER WEDDING” telefilms made by C.P.C. Doordarshan, telecast in 1989 on DD-1. Acted in the telefilm “Vo Ghar” directed by Girish Karnad for Doordarshan in 1987. Acted in a few episodes of “Banvar” serial made for Sony Channel.

She has dramatized two novels "BIYABAN MEIN UGTEY KINSHUK", written by Dr. Sudha Shrivastava and "GOLI", written by Acharya Chatursen and two stories by A. Pushkin "BLIZZARD" and "THE SHOT" for Kshitij.

Bipin Kumar, National School of Drama Graduate (1987) founder member of Kshitij Theatre Group has many plays in his credit as director. Some of them are: Aek Tha Gadha, Trishanku, Jati Hi Pucho Sadhu Ki, Panchi Aeise Ate Hain, Hemlet, The Fan, Pagla Ghora, Chakra, Biyaban Mein Ugtey Kinshuk, Chidimar Ka Sapna, Yayati and Lower Depths. He was appointed as Joint Camp Director by N.S.D. for Netarhat Intensive Theatre Workshop, Netarhat in 1992. Conducted Young Theatre Artists Residential Workshops of Sangeet Natak Academi at Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand & Gangtok, Sikkim. Worked with eminent theatre personalities like: Ratan Thyam, Satya Dev Dubey, Ranjeet Kapoor, John Martin, Robin Das, B.M. Shah, Mohan Maharishi, Berry John, Ram Gopal Bajaj. Worked with N.S.D. Rep. Co. for one year in 1987-88.

 Produced 2 and ˝ hours film named “KAALA HEERA” for ZEE T.V. which got telecast on 27th January, 2001 under ZEE T.V.'s Saturday Special time slot. The film was based on Chasnala Coal Mine Disaster. Produced a comedy serial of 13 episodes named “ GADBAD GHOTALA” for DD1, which got telecast in 1995.

 Produced Educational Films for Deepaliya Plan Project (a social organization).  Assisted in production & acted the lead character in the serial “Cinema Cinema” made for Doordarshan which got telecast in 1989 on DD1. Acted the lead character in “CHAUVA” telefilm made by Doordarshan, telecast in 1989 on DD1.
