The
documentary is based on a research work done on the coppersmiths
of Almora and covers the entire history of the Tamata Community.
The documentary also talks about the present financial and social
status of the community, the peculiarity of this art form of Kumaon,
the problems of Tamata Community, the whole process of making
of a copper vessel from raw material taken out from the copper
mines in the traditional and modern ways.
